Two years ago I bought the same phone and purchase it once more... because I found it very usefull.
If I can propose an idea to your technical support, it's to developpe an interface allowing the transfert of all the data from the old phone towards the new one by a bluetooth interface. It will be smart rather having to use the google tools !
