HOTWAV R10 Pro Rugged Tablet

I sent for this after seeing a review from a utube person. I sent for R10 because of the long battery life. So far this is not the case it does not last that long at all, also takes a long time to charge. The protective screen which is included, we had to remove because the screen wasn’t responsive.

Reached out to verizon before purchasing asking if this product is compatible for sim card. they said the only way to know is to check the imei. ordered tablets. gave imei's to verizon, not compatible. checked with comcast as well and they said the same. tried reaching out to hotwav but no response. I do not recommend
